Hi, I’m Corinne.
I am the author of The Art of Grieving - gentle self-care practices to heal a broken heart. My journey into the world of healing and self-care began in nursing where I learned the importance of compassionate care. This foundation led me to explore the profound wisdom of Chinese Medicine, where I delved into the rich traditions of Eastern medicine and holistic healing.
My passion for supporting others on their healing journey deepened through specialised training in grief recovery, trauma recovery, and postpartum recovery. Over the years, I have honed my skills to become a compassionate coach in self-care, dedicated to helping others find peace, and resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
A significant milestone in my journey was a year-long apprenticeship with Siberian Shaman Ahamkara, where I embraced the ancient practices of shamanic healing. This unique experience enriched my understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, which I now bring into every aspect of my work.
Today, my practice is registered as Blissful Tao. Tao meaning path or way. I believe that every human has his own path and it should be filled with happiness, and inner peace. With this belief in mind, I also create healing malas - sacred, handcrafted tools that support meditation, healing and spiritual growth. Each mala is made with intention and infused with healing energy.
